Content Coordinator

Desirable Work/Task Description

The Candidate should be able to do the following:

Data Entry Operations

• Uploading and updating question banks, create question papers in line with the design and features of any assessment platform

Coordination with delivery team

• End to end coordination stating from receipt of request to sharing the details of the uploaded content without missing deadlines

Coordination with SME’s and Translators

• Updating SME and Translator Master on a regular basis.
• Assigning content to SME taking into quality requirement and reducing expenditure.
• Following up with SME and translator for timely availability of content.
• Sharing the invoices shared by SME and Translator with finance and track payments.

ISO Documentation

• Updating all ISO trackers under the guidance of reporting manager.
• Supporting the reporting manager in creating evidences of ISO Auditors.

Data Management and Storage

• Supporting the reporting manager in data cleanup (legacy data)
• Sharing the question Bank/papers/ translated content on weekly bases with the reporting manager for storing in backup drive.

Data Quality

• Ability to upload data without any mistakes In line with the documents provided and standards
• Self -checking data with reference data after uploading

Skills Required

Qualification

• Any graduate.
• 2 – 3 years work experience, minimum 2 Years in data entry operations.
• Candidates in similar roles for at least 1 year, would be preferred.
