    Role Overview   
   We re seeking an experienced   Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer   who can independently handle   end-to-end video editing   and   motion design   for social-first ad campaigns. You ll be a core part of our performance-driven   AdStudio   team, creating content that delivers results across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Google. 
   
   This role is ideal for someone with   a deep understanding of social trends  , a passion for   visual storytelling  , and the   technical finesse   to create scroll-stopping assets under tight deadlines. 
   
    Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)   
   1.   End-to-End Video Production   
  -   Edit and produce high-performing video ads (Reels, Stories, In-Feed, Shorts, GIFs) from scratch using raw footage, stock, and brand assets.  
  -   Handle sound design, subtitle styling, transitions, and basic colour grading for polished output.  
   -   Experiment & Use the new AI tools for creative and faster output 
     
   2.   Motion Graphics & Animation   
  -   Design and animate engaging motion graphics using After Effects and related tools.  
  -   Develop kinetic typography, transitions, and animated brand elements aligned to platform best practices. 
     
   3.   Platform-Specific Adaptations   
  -   Deliver creative versions optimised for platform-specific formats and dimensions (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok).  
  -   Stay updated with current ad specs and constantly adapt creative execution for maximum reach and impact. 
     
   4.   Creative Strategy & Iteration   
  -   Collaborate with strategists and media teams to translate performance insights into creative decisions and iterative improvements.  
  -   Participate in creative brainstorms and actively contribute innovative concepts and quick prototypes. 
     
   5.   Template & Asset Management   
  -   Create new and refresh old library of reusable assets, templates, and brand elements for faster production cycles.  
  -   Champion file hygiene and versioning practices across the team. 
     
   6.   Trend-Driven Design Thinking   
  -   Track trends, transitions, audio, and formats dominating social platforms and proactively suggest formats to test.  
  -   Use trend scouting to inspire original storytelling in short-form video. 
     
   7.   Quality Control & Delivery   
  -   Conduct final QA checks for visual accuracy, brand compliance, and campaign alignment.  
  -   Ensure timely delivery of assets with correct metadata, filenames, and upload formats. 
    
  
 
    Must-Haves   
  -    Experience:   2-4 years in video editing and motion design, ideally in a digital agency or marketing setup.  
  -    Software Mastery:   Adobe After Effects (expert), Premiere Pro   (expert)  , Photoshop/Illustrator, and Figma (working knowledge).  
  -    Ad Platform Knowledge:   Familiarity with ad specs and creative best practices for Meta Ads, TikTok, YouTube, Google PMax, DV360, etc.  
  -    Storytelling Ability:   A sharp eye for narrative flow, pacing, and audience engagement.  
  -    Speed & Agility:   Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with short turnarounds.  
  -    Collaborative Mindset:   Strong communication skills and an openness to feedback, iteration, and working cross-functionally. 
     
    Good-to-Have   
  -   Hands-on with AI tools for video creation, text-to-image, or creative automation.  
  -   Experience with tools like Frame.io, Monday.com, or similar for versioning and review workflows.  
  -   Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, or performance marketing-focused creative production.
