Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and source suitable candidates
• Screen and shortlist profiles through calls or online platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and follow up regularly
• Coordinate interviews and track candidate progress

Requirements

• Must be from Karnataka- Kannada speaking is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or willingness to learn
