Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: Around 1 Year (IT Recruitment)

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad


About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with around 1 year of experience in IT recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about identifying top talent, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and supporting our organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.

• Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

• Conduct initial screening and shortlisting based on technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.

• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and ensure timely communication with candidates.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).

• Around 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (experience with technical roles such as developers, testers, designers, etc.).

• Good understanding of IT job descriptions and technologies.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
