Role Overview

Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and experienced in international talent sourcing—capable of building strong pipelines for niche, high-caliber professionals in analytical and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for actuarial, quant, risk, and finance positions across US, Canada, and Bermuda.
• Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and niche job boards to identify and approach qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand role requirements and target profiles.
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring timely updates in the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing progress and market insights.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in international hiring (preferably North America).
• Proven experience sourcing talent in actuarial, quant, risk, or finance domains is

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across global time zones.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience working in an InsurTech, Financial Services, or Consulting environment preferred.
