Job Title : Recruiter (1-2 Years Experience) Company: Saba Well SDC India Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as Extropy Advisors) Brand Name - OmniFi Salary: Competitive, as per market standards + Yearly Bonus Location: Kolkata, Near Rabindra Sadan Metro Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 11 AM - 8 PM Department : Human Resources Job Type : Full-Time Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office) Reporting To : HR Manager Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. You will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent for various roles across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating offers. Post job openings on relevant job portals and HRMS. Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening to assess candidates communication skills and suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the recruitment database and provide regular status reports. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in onboarding and joining formalities as required. Key Requirements 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setup. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - must be confident in engaging with candidates and stakeholders. Experience using job portals like Naukri Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
