Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, references, professional networks, etc.)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
Conduct telephonic/face-to-face interviews and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication
Share feedback and recommendations with stakeholders in a structured manner
Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and ensure timely closure of positions
Facilitate pre-boarding and onboarding formalities for new hires
Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring metrics

Preferred Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
Prior exposure to manufacturing hiring / plant-level recruitment preferred
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor/employment laws
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions simultaneously
