We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter cum Business Development professional who can balance recruitment delivery and business growth responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, account management, and end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical domains.
Strategically manage time to balance business development activities and recruitment delivery responsibilities.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to support informed decision-making.
Prepare regular reports on business development progress, recruitment metrics, and team performance.
3 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development, preferably in staffing or consulting firms.
Proven success in client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes across technical and non-technical roles.
Experience in managing and motivating small teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven and result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
