We are looking for a specialist obsessed with data, conversions, and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The Role: We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist to be the engine of our clients' growth through Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and paid social channels. You will own the ad budget, campaign execution, and optimization process, directly impacting client profitability. This is an individual contributor role. Key Responsibilities: Paid Campaign Management (PPC/SEM): Plan, launch, manage, and optimize highly effective PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Advertising, YouTube & other Ecommerce Platforms. Conduct continuous keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to drive high-intent traffic. Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and pacing to meet ambitious CPA and ROAS targets. Testing & Optimization: Design and execute rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing page elements to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR). Ensure proper tracking and attribution are set up via Google Tag Manager and other platform tools. Analysis & Reporting: Provide daily, weekly and monthly performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for the team and clients. Collaboration: Work closely with the Content, SEO & Visual specialist to request and iterate on high-performing ad creatives and ensure landing page copy is optimized for conversion. Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing substantial budgets across major PPC platforms (Google Ads certification is a plus). Deep expertise in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce sales. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets). Demonstrated ability to write compelling, short-form ad copy that drives action. A proven track record of achieving aggressive ROAS/CPA goals.
