Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Noida and Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in corporate or consultancy settings.
Roles and Responsibility
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and success criteria.Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and employee referrals.Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and present qualified candidates to the Lead.Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.Maintain recruitment trackers and update the ATS with accurate and timely information.Support recruitment marketing initiatives and hiring drives as needed.Job Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant discipline.2-4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in corporate or consultancy settings.Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and industry best practices.Proficient in using job portals (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, etc.) and ATS platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in fast-paced industries such as IT services, consulting, or product/startup ecosystems.A postgraduate diploma or certification in HR or recruitment is desirable but not mandatory.Exposure to hiring for functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Product.Experience with walk-in or campus hiring initiatives.Knowledge of candidate experience strategies or recruitment analytics is a plus.Perks and Benefits Opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with clear visibility into business functions.Culture that rewards initiative, creativity, and performance.Room for personal growth and skill development in a supportive, collaborative environment.
