Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing candidates, screening, and conducting interviews
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job postings
• Strong communication skills and ability to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Proficient in using online recruitment tools and social media platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in coordinating recruitment events and activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
