About the Role

This is a remote role for a Human Resources Recruiter. You will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential Sales Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and instructor/teacher candidates in the US and other countries, including India. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing job boards, aligning with the company's sales and operations teams to identify needs and requirements for the ideal candidate, screening and interviewing potential candidates, and (upon hire) candidate onboarding and ongoing HR performance management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within education or edtech sectors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal teams
  • Familiarity with K-12 education roles, such as teachers, instructors, and education sales staff
  • Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively in a remote setting
  • Comfortable managing multiple job postings and candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM-style tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
