Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talents to meet the company’s evolving needs. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening and interviewing potential hires, analyzing job requirements, and partnering with team leads to ensure seamless staffing processes. The Recruiter will also manage job postings, maintain candidate databases, and work to provide an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment strategies
• Ability to understand and analyze job requirements to match candidates effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant HR tools
• Attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
