Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in the steel or manufacturing sector to manage end-to-end recruitment for various technical and non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, understanding of plant-level roles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection.
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job fairs, referrals

  , and industry networks.
• Recruit for

  plant operations, production, maintenance, quality, logistics, safety, HR/Admin

  , and other steel-industry roles.
• Understand manpower requirements and create in coordination with department heads.
• Schedule and coordinate

  technical interviews

  with internal panels.
• Maintain

  candidate database

  , recruitment trackers, and daily MIS.
• Manage

  offer roll-outs

  , salary negotiations, and pre-joining formalities.
• Support

  walk-in drives, bulk hiring

  , and urgent manpower needs.
• Maintain strong

  stakeholder relationships

  with plant HR & department managers.
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies and labor regulations

  during the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

• 15 years of experience in

  recruitment within the steel or manufacturing sector

  .
• Strong understanding of

  technical/plant roles

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, MS Office, and ATS tools

  .
• Ability to handle

  bulk hiring

  and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation abilities.
