The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, posting job ads, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment events, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The Driver Onboarding Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new drivers across multiple vehicle categories, including 2-wheelers (scooters), Tata Ace pickups (8ft, 9ft, 14ft, 17ft), and tempo trucks. Daily tasks include on field work, verifying driver documentation, providing orientation and training on BookTranspo’s platform, addressing driver inquiries, and ensuring that all drivers meet operational, safety, and compliance standards. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with drivers and other stakeholders. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Familiarity with 2-wheeler, pickup, and tempo vehicle operations Knowledge of required driver documentation (license, RC, permits, insurance, etc.) Excellent organizational and training capabilities Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and manage multiple onboarding tasks efficiently Experience in logistics, transportation, or driver onboarding is a plus

Role Overview The Customer Outreach Executive will be responsible for visiting various types of businesses such as retail shops, distributors, furniture stores, plywood shops, printing presses, and other local business establishments. The role involves interacting directly with business owners, explaining how easy and affordable it is to use the BookTranspo app for their logistics and bookings, and guiding them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Visit different business locations and interact with owners/managers. Clearly explain the benefits of using the BookTranspo platform for affordable bookings. Assist customers in signing up on the app and help them complete their first booking. Collect feedback from customers and work to improve their overall experience. Qualifications and Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain services in simple terms to retail business owners and small enterprises. Willingness to work in the field across Hyderabad. Prior experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development is an added advantage.
