Job Description: Anther HR services, a recruitment firm with strong relationships across various sectors, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. As a Recruitment Specialist, your role will involve sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback to candidates, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also be responsible for developing relationships with clients, negotiating offers, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. - Provide feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. - Develop relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs. - Negotiate offers and terms of employment. - Ensure compliance with employment laws. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes. Qualifications Required: - 1 to 6 years of experience in Non-IT & IT recruitment. - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a consultancy firm or staffing agency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms. - Flexibility and adaptability to work with different clients and industries.
