Job Description

Position: Recruiter (IT and Non-IT)

Location: WFH (Must be in Pune)

Employment Type: Full-time


Experience: 1+ years in Recruitment (Both IT & Non-IT)


Key Responsibilities:

• Job Posting & Sourcing: Create job descriptions and post on various job boards, social media platforms, and

networks to attract relevant candidates.

• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications,

and cultural fit.

• Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely

feedback and communication in end to end recruitment cycle.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements and provide

tailored recruitment strategies.

• Market Research: Stay updated with recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news.

• Reporting: Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular reports on hiring status, time-to-fill, and other

key metrics.


Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring both IT and Non-IT

positions.

• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of IT terminologies and roles (for IT recruitment) and familiarity

with Non-IT roles across various industries.

• Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, Indeed, and

others.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and attract talent.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and decision-making skills.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with HR teams, hiring managers, and external stakeholders.

• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving recruitment strategies and market conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting in niche areas

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
