What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing.
• Hunt down the best creative and business talent (yes, like a professional stalker but on LinkedIn).
• Work closely with hiring managers (translation: expect opinions, revisions, and more opinions).
• Keep candidates engaged and informed... no ghosting.
• Maintain pipelines and dashboards like a pro.
• Help us build a strong employer brand through every candidate interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Intent + Patience → you genuinely like hiring humans, not just ticking boxes.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (advertising/creative industry experience is a big plus).
• Great communication skills (can talk to designers, copywriters, account managers and still keep your sanity).
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple roles without losing your cool.
• Someone who knows coffee is an essential recruitment tool.
