Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
Source candidates using job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback
Support offer preparation and pre-boarding process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

6 months –1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
Preferred Madurai location candidates.
