Role Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Coordinating the hiring process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

Working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and build recruitment strategies

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Experience in coordinating hiring and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
• Prior experience in the IT Industry preferred.

Experience
