Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist, FOE/FOA/Bell Boy to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Perform administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Ensure all areas of the front office are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
Familiarity with front office software and systems is necessary.
Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is preferred.
