Job Title: Real Estate Sales Associate / Sales Agent

Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential or commercial properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the transaction process, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving sales targets. Your role requires excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to lead generation and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
  • Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
  • Prospect via cold calling, door knocking, online advertising, and open houses
  • Maintain and expand a contact database and follow-up schedule
  1. Client Consultation & Needs Assessment
  • Understand clients’ requirements, preferences, and financial considerations
  • Educate clients about market conditions, property values, and legal procedures
  1. Property Listing & Marketing
  • Prepare compelling property listings with accurate descriptions and professional photos
  • Develop marketing strategies including online listings, social media, and promotional events
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and tours
  1. Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms
  • Facilitate legal documentation, contracts, and closing procedures
  • Ensure all transactions comply with local laws and regulations
  1. Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, property values, and competitor activities
  • Provide clients with timely market insights and advice
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain ongoing relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction
  1. Administrative & Compliance Tasks
  • Keep accurate records of transactions, listings, and client interactions
  • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements



Qualifications

  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Skills in Sales and Real Estate
  • Experience in Customer Service and managing Real Property
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Bhubaneswar real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
