Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role located in Noida. As a Real Estate Sales professional, you will be responsible for managing property listings and presenting them to potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with property purchases, sales, and rentals, conducting market research, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and provide appropriate property options, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. Additionally, you will keep up-to-date with market trends and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and a thorough understanding of Real Estate industry practices and regulations
• Strong Customer Service and client interaction skills
• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate Sales and Real Property transactions
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and assist clients with dedication
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends and laws is advantageous
• Prior experience in real estate or related fields is a plus
