Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Ludhiana. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and staying up-to-date with market trends and property laws.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Familiarity with the Ludhiana real estate market and local community is a plus
