Real Estate Manager

estate administration, operational security (physical & digital), crisis management, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies

Key Responsibilities:

Estate & Facilities Management

• Oversee day-to-day management of township facilities including housing, infrastructure, utilities, and common areas.
• Ensure upkeep, maintenance, and smooth functioning of all estate-related services.
• Manage vendor contracts and service providers for housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance.
• Implement cost-effective practices for resource utilization.

Physical Security

• Supervise security operations including surveillance, access control, and emergency response across township and offices.
• Deploy, monitor, and evaluate security personnel and systems.
• Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement, and emergency services for preventive and responsive actions.
• Conduct regular audits, drills, and risk assessments.

Cyber & Information Security

• Work with IT/security teams to ensure cyber safety of estate operations, data, and communication systems.
• Implement security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Support awareness programs for residents/employees on safe digital practices.

Crisis & Risk Management

• Lead emergency preparedness initiatives for fire, natural disasters, or other contingencies.
• Develop and enforce incident response protocols.
• Submit regular reports to CMD on estate operations, risks, and mitigation measures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Retired defense/police/security forces officer OR professional with 15+ years of experience in estate/facility management and operational security.
• Experience managing large residential/industrial townships or estates.
• Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, perimeter security) and facility management best practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and IT risk management preferred.
• Proven leadership, crisis management, and vendor management skills.
