Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management functions, administering leases, and handling commercial real estate operations. The role includes managing lease agreements, ensuring properties are maintained to high standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, Lease Administration, and Leases
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
