Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing property portfolios, administering leases, overseeing property operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords. Daily activities include property inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, negotiating lease terms, and keeping detailed records of transactions and property performance. Qualifications Experience in Property Management and Residential & Commercial Real Estate Understanding of the Real Estate market and practices Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in using property management software and tools Relevant certifications and licenses in real estate management are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
