Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management, lease administration, and the coordination of real estate transactions. Day-to-day tasks will include managing commercial and residential properties, negotiating leases, conducting property inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Property Management and Lease Administration skills
• Experience with Leases and Real Estate transactions
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
