The role requires strong communication, coordination, and CRM software skills to build trust and long-term relationships with buyers. Key Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for all post-sale customer queries and concerns. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects) for smooth onboarding and documentation. Manage and update customer data in Salesforce. Track and follow up on payments as per schedule; issue payment reminders and receipts. Facilitate agreements, allotment letters, possession letters, and other documentation. Schedule and coordinate site visits, handovers, and snagging. Handle client complaints, grievances, or escalation cases professionally. Share project updates, construction milestones, and timelines proactively. Ensure customer satisfaction scores and NPS remain high. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Real Estate, or Marketing). 10–12 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in real estate. Knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA regulations, and payment plans is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities. Customer-first mindset and ability to multitask under pressure. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in managing high-ticket customers. Ability to empathize, yet stay firm on company processes and policies.
