Role & responsibilities Experience of Residential and Commercial Plumbing System. Preparation of drainage and storm water budget with detailed measurement sheet as per Invert Levels. Calculations of water demand and pipe sizing, STP, Transformer and DG capacity. Estimation of internal and external Building budget considering toilets Plans, elevations, RCC cutouts for Plumbing systems. Estimation of Water tank, sprinkler system, Hydrantsystems, Fire alarm systems. etc. Experience of EC calculations and EC meetings preferred. Preparation of detailed drawing requirement and communication with client for detailed budget. Knowledge of preparation of detailed Tender BOQ. Must have knowledge of current basic rates.
