Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performing web applications using React.js.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers.
  
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
  
• Drive best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
  

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 7+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
  
• In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles.
  
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Context API).
  
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
  
• Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.
  
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
  

Good to Have Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript.
  
• Knowledge of server-side rendering and Next.js.
  
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Understanding Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
