Job Description

Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performing web applications using React.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers.
Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
Drive best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, accessibility, and responsive design.

Required Skills and Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in front-end development with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Context API).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities
