Radio Frequency Field Coordinator IWAN

Position: Project Coordinator/Lead

Project: IWAN

Experience: 2-3yr (Preferred in Telecom / Networking Projects)

Salary 4 to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Planning & Coordination

·        Coordinate end-to-end execution of the Airtel IWAN deployment project.

·        Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.

·        Ensure daily coordination between Airtel Delivery Teams, OEMs, Field Teams, and Partner Teams.

2.Stakeholder Management

·        Act as the primary point of contact between Airtel Delivery, SCM, Finance, Partners, and internal teams.

·        Conduct regular cadence calls with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

3.Monitoring & Reporting

·        Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and weekly progress reports.

·        Review RFS status, resource productivity, and billing-related data (WCC/Milestones).

·        Ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance reports.

4.Resource & Vendor Management

·        Monitor field team performance, productivity, attendance, and deployment status.

·        Work with partner/vendors for manpower replacement, onboarding, and performance improvement.

·        Optimize resource utilization to meet monthly OLT/IWAN rollout targets.

5.Quality & Compliance

·        Ensure adherence to Airtel’s Quality, HSEF, and Deployment Standards.

·        Drive closure of audit points and ensure process implementation in field operations.

·        Review site-level documentation, safety adherence, and quality compliance.

6.SCM Coordination

·        Track material movement, availability, reconciliation, and shortage/escalation with SCM.

·        Coordinate with logistics teams for timely material delivery to field teams.

7.Billing & WCC Management

·        Ensure timely collection of WCCs/Sign-offs from Airtel teams.

·        Support billing activities by validating monthly achievements, pending WCCs, and milestone data.

Skills & Competencies Required:

·        Strong knowledge of WAN technologies, routers, switches, and IWAN concepts.

·        Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·        Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

·        Ability to multitask and manage large-scale telecom deployments.

·        Experience in vendor/partner management.

·        Knowledge of Airtel processes (Delivery, SCM, Finance, WCC, RFS) is preferred.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
