💼The Role: Quick Commerce Executive
We are looking for a sharp, agile, and results-driven Quick Commerce Executive who thrives
in the fast-moving world of e-commerce and instant delivery platforms. This role is all about
maximizing visibility, driving sales, and building strong partnerships with our quick-
commerce allies—Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, and beyond.
You won’t just be executing listings—you’ll be engineering growth in minutes-driven
commerce, making sure that MOM and Gimi Gimi win in the battle for top-of-mind recall
and basket share
.
🌍 What You’ll Do
Platform Management & Growth
- Own and optimize brand presence across Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto,
Instamart, etc.).
- Ensure top-notch visibility through keyword optimization, banner placements, and
platform marketing tie-ups.
- Drive sales growth with regular analysis of SKU movement, promotions, and platform-
specific trends.
Sales Acceleration & Promotions
- Design and execute impactful flash sales, bundle offers, and discount strategies that drive
instant conversions.
- Monitor competition pricing, promotions, and placement to always stay a step ahead.
- Deliverables: Weekly sales reports, promo ROI analysis, and growth KPIs.
Analytics & Insights
- Track daily/weekly dashboards to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Run experiments to improve conversion rates, AOV (Average Order Value), and repeat
purchase.
- Deliverables: MonthlyQ-commerce performance deck with insights + action plan.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)to ensure smooth
execution.
- Build strong relationships with category managers atQ-commerce platforms.
- Ensure timely stock availability, right assortments, and zero outages.
On-ground Innovation
- Drive platform-exclusive launches, quick campaigns, and seasonal activations.
- Co-create campaigns with Q-commerce partners to enhance customer engagement.
🎯What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years inQ-commerce / e-commerce sales / account management
(preferably FMCG).
- Proven Success: Hands-on experience in scaling sales via Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon
Fresh, or similar.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to manage promotions, pricing, and profitability.
- Agility: Comfortable working in a high-speed, ever-changing environment.
- Soft Skills:
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Ownership-driven, self-starter attitude.
