Job Title: Quick Commerce Manager / Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to lead and execute our quick commerce operations. The role involves managing real-time inventory, ensuring rapid order fulfillment, improving delivery efficiency, and optimizing last-mile logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the quick commerce vertical including inventory planning, vendor coordination, advertisement and order management. 

Ensure high availability of stock and reduce order cancellations.

Monitor and optimize delivery TAT (Turn Around Time) to ensure deliveries within 10–30 minutes.

Collaborate with warehouse and dark store teams to maintain efficient picking and dispatch processes.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and drive user acquisition and retention.

Analyze operational data to identify performance bottlenecks and improve KPIs like order fulfillment rate, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction.

Implement SOPs and technology solutions to streamline processes.

Lead, hire, and train a team of delivery partners and warehouse executives (if applicable).

Manage relationships with third-party logistics partners and internal fleet.

Drive cost efficiency while ensuring exceptional service levels.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field (MBA preferred).

2–3 years of experience in Quick-commerce.

Strong understanding of last-mile logistics and inventory management.

Proficient in data analysis and operational metrics (Excel, dashboards, etc.).

Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience with Quick Commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Swiggy or Dunzo is a plus.
