A leading Project Management / Construction Consulting firm is hiring for the role of MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a large-scale Commercial Development project in Mumbai.

About the Role

We Are Hiring – MEP Quantity Surveyor (QS) | Gurgaon | Commercial Project

Responsibilities

• Prepare & review BOQs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting systems
• Validate and certify contractor RA bills and progress invoices
• Conduct rate analysis, material reconciliation & cost variance reporting
• Manage change orders, claims, and contractual deviations
• Perform site measurement verification and support tender evaluations
• Maintain cost control logs, MIS reports & cashflow projections
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to support cost control and commercial closure

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in MEP QS roles (Commercial / Corporate / IT Park / High-rise projects preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of MEP services, billing & contract administration
• Expertise in BOQ preparation, variation & claim assessments
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), cost reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Good negotiation & analytical skills
• Attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Ability to work under deadlines and with cross-functional teams
