Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Quality Manager located in Hyderabad. The Quality Manager will oversee, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control processes within the hospital. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring quality standards, conducting compliance audits, managing improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to NABH standards and other relevant regulations. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and uphold the highest safety and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and compliance standards in healthcare
Familiarity with NABHI accreditation standards and experience in implementing healthcare quality initiatives
Leadership and team collaboration skills, with experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
Analytical and problem-solving skills for data assessment and identifying areas for improvement
Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting, policy drafting, and teamwork
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, quality management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Relevant certifications in healthcare quality management (e.g., CPHQ) are highly desirable
Proven track record of improving patient care and operational efficiency within a healthcare setting
