Quality Manager

As a Quality Assurance professional at LNT, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Regular inspection & testing of incoming construction materials such as Cement, Concrete, Steel, Aggregates, and other construction materials. - Preparation of method statements & checklists according to BOQ & ITP. - Implementation & maintenance of quality management systems, documentation (SOP), and quality control of site construction works including RCC & Finishing. - Stage-wise inspection of ongoing construction activities to ensure conformity with QA/QC norms and final inspection of completed construction activities. - Monitoring QC procedures for concrete mix, RMC operations, and conducting internal/external testing/lab operations. - Closing customer complaints & non-conformities from quality audits within the specified time frame. - Preparation of reports & quality records in compliance with procedures, controlling measuring & test equipment for accuracy. - Conducting internal audits for sites, suggesting areas of improvement, and system audits for other sites to ensure adherence to SOPs/method statements. - Identifying non-conformities, root causes, reviewing corrections/rectifications, corrective actions, and preventive actions initiated by the project execution team. - Developing a training plan based on upcoming and ongoing execution activities, coordinating with the Quality Manager for implementation. - Providing technical support and inputs to Regional functions such as Contracts, Procurement, Engineering Design, and other relevant functions. In terms of qualifications, the minimum requirement for this role is a B.Tech/BE degree.
