Hospital Quality Manager (On-site) — Dibrugarh, Assam | Full-time (9 AM – 6 PM)
About The Opportunity
Join a leading NABH-accredited multispecialty hospital in Upper Assam that is building a dedicated Quality Department to enhance patient safety, clinical excellence, and administrative effectiveness. This is a hands-on leadership role to establish and operate hospital-wide quality assurance, internal audit, and continuous quality improvement programs in collaboration with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and monitor department-level and hospital-wide quality indicators; report trends and improvement plans to senior management.
- Plan and conduct internal audits against NABH standards; prepare compliance reports and oversee corrective action tracking.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, clinical protocols, and documentation systems to ensure regulatory and accreditation readiness.
- Lead incident investigations and perform root cause analysis (RCA); coordinate CAPA and verify resolution effectiveness.
- Design and deliver training on quality systems, patient safety, infection control, and audit readiness for clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Analyze patient feedback, audit findings, and quality data to recommend and implement process improvements promoting a culture of safety and accountability.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in Healthcare, Nursing, or Science plus a Diploma/Certificate in Hospital Quality Management or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospital quality systems, preferably within NABH-accredited facilities.
- Proven ability to lead quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and manage accreditation processes.
Compensation & Practical Details
- Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on qualifications, experience, and interview).
- Work location: Srishti Hospitals, Dibrugarh, Assam — on-site role, regular hospital hours (9 AM 6 PM).
