We operate across client-facing project delivery, vendor-managed engagements and on-site operational support—serving manufacturing, IT services, and contract operations across India.Location & Workplace: India — On-site role focused on operational quality delivery at client locations and internal delivery centers.

Primary Title (standardized): Quality Assurance Manager

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen quality systems for on-site delivery teams supporting enterprise clients. This role will own QMS compliance, continuous improvement initiatives, supplier quality, and audit readiness while partnering closely with operations, delivery and client stakeholders.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO 9001 and client-specific quality requirements; prepare and lead internal and external audits.
  • Drive CAPA processes and Root Cause Analysis to close non-conformances and prevent recurrence; track effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Define, monitor and report quality KPIs and control charts using SPC; translate trends into targeted improvement projects.
  • Lead supplier and vendor quality activities including qualification, performance reviews, audits and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process controls, validations and release criteria for client deliverables.
  • Coach and mentor delivery teams on quality best practices, documentation standards and audit readiness.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) and proven on-site quality ownership.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing QMS and ISO 9001 compliance in delivery or manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with CAPA, RCA, SPC and driving measurable defect reduction initiatives.
  • Certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP/MES quality modules (e.g., SAP QM) or quality management software.
  • Prior exposure to staffing, IT services delivery, or contract manufacturing quality programs.
