Job Description

Develop and implement quality control processes and standards for manufacturing operations. Perform regular testing, calibration of all test equipment’s and maintaining report for same for BIS Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with industry BIS standards and company specifications. Analyze quality data and implement corrective actions to address any deviations or defects in the manufacturing process. Lead root cause analysis investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Document and report quality metrics, including defect rates, process improvements, and audit findings. Requirements Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and standards such as ISO 9001. Proficiency in quality control tools and techniques, including Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen. Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with automation technologies and manufacturing processes. Experience in the packaging, automotive, or process industries will be advantage Preferably Diploma/BTech in electrical, electronics or Instrumentation
