Job Description

We are looking an Aerospace Quality Engineer ensures aviation products meet strict safety, performance, and regulatory standards, by managing quality systems, conducting audits, analyzing data, leading root cause analysis, and collaborating with design/manufacturing teams for continuous improvement from design to production. Key Responsibilities Quality Management: Implement and maintain, ensuring compliance with aviation standards. Process Control: Develop/apply quality standards, inspection methods, and control plans for manufacturing. Problem Solving: Lead corrective/preventive action teams, conduct FMEA, 8D, 5 Whys, and resolve supplier/customer issues. Auditing: Perform internal and supplier audits, assessing compliance and driving improvements. Data Analysis: Analyze quality metrics, SPC data, and report on performance to stakeholders. Product Support: Review designs, manage non-conformances, and support product launches. Documentation: Maintain quality records, test procedures, and reports.
