We are looking for a VMC Operator runs Vertical Machining Centers to cut and shape metal parts, involving machine setup, tool loading, program adjustments , monitoring precision, performing quality checks (dimensional accuracy), troubleshooting issues, and basic machine maintenance, all guided by engineering blueprints and drawings, ensuring parts meet strict quality standards Operating and Setting VMC Machines: This includes loading raw materials, setting up the machine for specific operations, and verifying machine settings and program control data for accuracy. Part Setting and Programming: VMC operators may be involved in part setting and programming in 2D and 3D, ensuring the machine performs according to specifications. Tool Management: Selecting and managing the correct cutting tools for specific operations, ensuring they are in good working order and properly mounted. Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality, identifying and addressing any issues that arise. Machine Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on the VMC machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and identifying potential problems. Safety: Following all safety procedures and regulations when operating the VMC machine. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the machining process, such as tool breakage or incorrect part dimensions.
