CMM Operator Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspection and Measurement: Perform dimensional inspections using CMM equipment as per specifications and engineering drawings. Interpret blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and CAD models for measurement requirements. Measure complex geometries to ensure part conformity and precision. 2. Programming and Operation: Create, edit, and troubleshoot CMM programs in Calypso. Operate and maintain CMM equipment for efficient workflow. Conduct first article inspections and generate FAI reports. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze measurement results and document deviations from specified tolerances. Prepare detailed inspection reports and ensure data accuracy. Communicate findings with quality, production, and engineering teams. 4. The ideal candidate will handle programming, ensuring production efficiency and quality standard Required Candidate profile CNC Programming (Siemens Controller): Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for turning centers using Siemens controllers (e.g., Sinumerik 828D/840D).

Role & responsibilities Program complex components for 2 -axis and 3-axis CNC machines using CAM software (Mastercam, Siemens NX, etc.) Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for precision machining. Read and interpret engineering drawings, 3D CAD models, and GD&T. Optimize toolpaths for cycle time reduction and surface finish quality. Work closely with machinists and engineers to validate and troubleshoot NC programs. Conduct first article inspection (FAI) and make on-machine adjustments when necessary. Maintain proper documentation of programs, setups, and revisions. Experience with aerospace, high-precision components is an advantage.
