VMC Machine Operator (Company Roll) – (Exp: 1.0 To 10+ Yrs.) -(CTC: 25K to 50K PM + PF, Insurance) - @ Tathawade (Pune) Position: VMC Machine Operator (Company Roll) No of Positions: 06 Gender: Male Education: SSC /HSC / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Machinist Working hrs: 12 hrs ( 9:00 AM To 9:00 PM) Weekly Off: Sunday Experience: 1.0 To 10+ yrs as VMC Operator Salary: 25K PM To 50K PM OR 20 To 30% hike on Present Salary + PF, Insurance+ Bonus Joining: Immediate / 15 days /30 days Job Location: Tathawade (Pune)   Job Description: We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator with a strong background machining and hands-on expertise in operating CNC machines with Siemens, Fanuc, or Mitsubishi Controllers. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling machining operations, interpreting drawings, and ensuring high-precision output while maintaining machine upkeep and production timelines.   Key Responsibilities: • Operate Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) as per production requirements. • Independently set up jobs and run programs on Siemens / Fanuc / Mitsubishi controllers. • Interpret engineering drawings and work instructions accurately. • Ensure high dimensional accuracy and surface finish using proper tooling and machining parameters. • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain product quality. • Conduct tool offsetting, program editing, and job setting. • Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments like micrometres, vernier calipers, height gauges, bore gauge etc. • Maintain daily production and quality logs. • Ensure regular machine maintenance and cleanliness of the working area. • Follow safety and 5S practices on the shop floor. • Willing to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, including shift and overtime as needed.   Skills & Competencies Required: • Hands-on experience with Siemens / Fanuc / Mitsubishi CNC controllers. • Strong understanding of tool paths, machining parameters, and tool selection. • Knowledge of different materials (like aluminium, mild steel, Stainless Steel, Derlin or plastic family material, tool steel, etc.) and machining techniques. • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T. • Basic knowledge of CNC program editing and setting. • Attention to detail and focus on producing defect-free components.   Preferred Candidate Profile: • Male candidate with a minimum of 1.0 years of relevant experience in Tool Room or precision machining environment. • Prior experience in the automation or machine-building industry is a plus. • Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to work extended hours as required.     (NO ANY KIND OF CONSULTANCY CHARGES)
