Job Title: Quality Service Engineer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in Quality / QMS roles.

Salary: As per company norms.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management Systems in line with ISO and IATF standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ESD S20.20, and IATF 16949 requirements.
Plan and conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor process performance and service quality, ensuring adherence to customer and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, manuals, and records.
Provide quality support for customer complaints, service issues, and continuous improvement activities.
Train employees on QMS requirements, quality tools, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and risk mitigation.
Ensure effective implementation of ESD control measures and compliance.
Internal Auditor certification for:
ISO 9001
ISO 14001
ISO 45001
ESD S20.20
IATF 16949
Experience in SMT industry.
Knowledge of quality tools such as 7 QC tools, FMEA, SPC, and CAPA.
