Job Location : Singapore JOB DESCRIPTION FOR QAQC Ø Perform material incoming inspections, storage and inventory maintenance. Ø Lead and supervise the QA/QC team day to day activities including installation and coordination with consultants, main contractors and subcontractors. Ø Prepare the ITP by studying project plans and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements. Ø Maintains site and in-house Quality Standards by enforcing internal procedures, rules, and regulations. Ø Knowledge of process & Utility piping installation and equipment installation. Ø Perform inspections of QAQC activities such as welding works (Thermoplastic and Stainless-Steel weld), Pressure test, Vacuum test, Pipe heat induction bending, etc. to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards (ASME, API, ISO). Ø Review and approve Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR). Ø Provide guidance and technical support to welding inspectors, supervisors, welders and other members of the project team. Ø Contributes to project team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Ø Willing to work late or during weekends when required. Ø Attend Toolbox meetings with project team onsite. Ø Support compliance verification by performing internal audits of systems and processes. Ø Perform inspections of QAQC activities such as welding works, NDT tests, hydrostatic tests, valves passing tests, coating applications, heat induction bending, cold bending, etc. to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards (ASME, API, ISO). Ø Proficient to read and understand engineering plan drawings like piping and pipe support plan, equipment layout mechanical installation plan. Ø Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 Pre-requisite and qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering field. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar industries (microelectronics / automotive / chemicals). Possess strong analytical and synthesis skills with great appetite for technical subjects. Strong collaborator and coordinator to support project execution. Demonstrate natural leadership to lead and influence the many stakeholders in very different sectors and hierarchical levels. Proven experience in customer relations, flexible and versatile navigating suavely in various environment. Highly adaptable, strong team player who Favors continuous improvement. Good knowledge and experience with quality methodologies and tools (5W, 8D, FMEA and etc.). Prior experience and knowledge of semiconductor process and technology is strong merit but not mandatory.
