Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

As a QA/QC Engineer at Neo Heights Builders & Promoters Pvt Ltd, your role involves ensuring compliance with project standards, verifying adherence to designs, codes, and ISO standards, and enforcing regulations. You will be responsible for implementing corrective actions to maintain quality throughout the construction process. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting inspections and testing of materials - Performing lab and field tests - Conducting audits and addressing non-conformities - Monitoring construction quality by overseeing structural, MEP, and finishing works - Coordinating quality processes with teams to implement checkpoints, training, and defect prevention measures - Evaluating subcontractors and suppliers to ensure vendor quality and material standards - Enforcing safety and compliance with ISO 45001:2018 standards - Identifying hazards and promoting site safety - Preparing reports and documentation, maintaining records, tracking NCRs, and ensuring audit readiness Qualifications required for this role include: - B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field - 3 to 10 years of experience Key skills needed for this position include: - QA/QC in Civil & Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) - Inspection - Quality audits - Compliance - RMC Plant experience Additionally, proficiency in languages such as Tamil, Hindi, English, Kannada, or Telugu would be advantageous.
