Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

You will be part of a team at Vinkay Auto dedicated to ensuring the quality of manufacturing and providing high-tech components. Your role will involve a combination of Designing with Autocad and Quality control at the manufacturing unit in Talawade. Key Responsibilities - Ensure Customer Satisfaction - Follow standardized procedures and instructions for in-process and final inspections - Determine method of inspection and set up requirements on first article parts - Perform first piece, online, and final inspections - Maintain all instruments and gauges in good condition with timely calibration - Inspect Raw materials for suitability for machining - Possess good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 documentations and requirements - Independently handle customer audits and ISO 9001:2015 audit Qualifications Required - Diploma / Bachelor Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 2 years experience as a quality engineer (Internships are not considered) - Expertise in using software such as Autocad, MS Office, and G-suite - Knowledge of GD&T - Strong communication skills, including Email drafting, mathematical skills, and attention to detail - Familiarity with the use of all inspection instruments - Ability to read drawings and interpret engineering specifications - AutoCAD software work experience is required - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English are advantageous,
