Production Planning Manager

As a Production Planning Manager at Vinkay Auto Private Limited in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations of our company. Your responsibilities will include creating production schedules, developing production plans, optimizing processes through analytical skills, and ensuring the smooth functioning of overall production activities. Your main tasks will involve maintaining the quality of manufacturing by minimizing scrap and rejection levels of products. You will be required to execute the production plan efficiently and ensure timely completion of daily production entries in Milestone and Excel sheets. Additionally, you will need to have hands-on experience with Traub machines and arrange manpower according to the production planning schedule. Furthermore, you will be responsible for updating ISO documents daily, monitoring machine maintenance records, and developing process improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability. It will be essential for you to maintain shop floor PPEs and safety standards, as well as ensure housekeeping standards are met to provide a clean and safe working environment. Your role will also involve managing the flow of work-in-progress and finished goods, as well as requisitioning critical spare parts, tools, consumables, and PPEs for the smooth operation of production activities.
